Our inspections follow the National Association of Home Inspectors ( NAHI) Standards of Practice. Included in these standards are the following areas:

Inspecting what's required and, sometimes, what's not
There are areas that, while not required to be inspected, may make sense for you to have inspected. For example, NAHI standards include inspection components, procedures, and limitations for attached garages. However, you may be considering a home specifically because there is an unattached pole barn or shed. We'll go take a look at that outbuilding for you at no additional charge. It's important for us to help acquaint you with as much information as possible before making your home-buying decision.
