Areas of Concern

There are certain areas of a home inspection that raise particular concerns if these areas are defective.

Safety concerns will be most notable during a home inspection. Inappropriate venting, inappropriate wiring, loose railings, and reversed hot and cold faucets all represent safety issues.

There are also certain areas of a home inspection that will warrant attention, repair, or monitoring. Improper soil slope toward foundations, the absence of anti-siphon valves on outside faucets, and even the inability to access or view certain components of the the house all represent areas that warrant attention, repair, or monitoring. Occassionaly there will be areas of an inspection where recommendations will be made to obtain further evaluations by qualified structural/geo-technical engineers, licensed contractors, or pest control professionals.

All of these areas will be clearly and intuitively noted in your inspection report
